We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please reschedule or cancel your services with at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the value of your reserved service(s) when a reservation is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. If a client “no shows” with no communication for an appointment, the client will be charged 100% of the service missed. In respect of other clients and staff’s schedules we reserve the right to reschedule any appointments for which you are 15 minutes or more late. Should patron lateness result in a “downgraded” appointment, COLORVAT® reserves the right to collect payment for the service previously scheduled. Should a client choose to downgrade a service within 24 hours from the reservation, COLORVAT® reserves the right to charge the client the price of the original service booked.
Gratuities are not included in prepaid services. We do not accept tips by debit/credit card for prepaid transactions and greatly appreciate your cash gratuity.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
COLORVAT NAIL STUDIO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

CHIDREN
COLORVAT NAIL STUDIO will not provide services ( which require LED/UV lamps ) for any child under the age of 14. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while service is performed.

PREPAID SERVICE
All prepaying services are non-refundable. COLORVAT will credit uncommitted appointment transactions toward clients account for the full amount, Valid for 6 months from crediting account.
